Chris Galley heads up Access North's lightning protection team

Access North is excited to announce the addition of Chris Galley to our team, as the head of our Lightning Protection Division. Chris's expertise, dedication and aligned values are set to elevate our range of services, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Leading the Charge

Chris brings invaluable lightning protection experience to Access North, having worked extensively within critical infrastructure areas including renewable energy.  He also has experience of working in hazardous areas within the chemical, gas and tank storage industries. His meticulous approach to safety and integrity aligns perfectly with our mission.

Chris’s career in lightning protection began in 2014 with Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ Diplomas in Accessing Operations and Rigging (Construction), specialising in Lightning Conductor Engineering. His expertise includes an in-depth knowledge of BSEN 62305, the British standard for protecting structures against lightning. Chris held ATLAS accreditation with distinction for parts 1-4 of this standard and his experience in the field ensures that Access North operates to the highest industry standards.
