We're thrilled to welcome Lewis McCormick to the Access North family!

As Project Manager, Lewis McCormick (pictured left) has a wealth of experience and enthusiasm, making him an invaluable addition to our team. With a proven track record as a Level 3 IRATA technician, Lewis has honed his skills on the ropes and now brings his unique set of skills to Access North.

We like to give our new starters a little challenge and Lewis is no different! We put him on the spot with a few questions to help us get to know him a little better - here are his replies!

1. Summarise your role in one paragraph or less: 
   My role is to create the link between the office and on site and help the projects run efficiently and productively with the utmost safety and due diligence. My knowledge and experience of working as a Level 3 IRATA technician on multiple sites will help bridge the gap and develop the relationship between the office team and our teams out in the field.
   
   
2. What’s the best part of your job (so far!)?
   How welcomed I have been made to feel, and how accommodating everyone in the office is.
   
   
3. Which 3 words do you think best describe you?
   Funny, passionate and charismatic.
   
   
4. And what 3 words do you think best describe Access North?
   Passionate, dedicated and efficient.
   
   
5. What’s been the most satisfying moment of your Access North career so far? `
   Moving into the project manager position, it’s a nice change and feels rewarding knowing I’m having a positive impact on the team.
   
   
6. What do you love about working for Access North – either on the road or in the office?
   The flexibility to work from the office and home, allowing me the creative freedom to be passionate about my work and personal life.
   
   
7. If one of your colleagues could win an award (industry or office-related) who would it be and why? 
   Berenice, because she’s very good at what she does, is determined, creative and very efficient whilst being extremely understanding and accommodating. 
   
   
8. What are your hopes for Access North in the coming year?
   I hope to have a positive impact on the business and help bridge the gap between our teams, both onsite and in the office.
