The Access North Team is excited to announce that they have been selected as finalists in the SME of the Year (Up to 20 employees) in the Examiner Business Awards 2019.

The SME of the Year award, sponsored by Town Door, will be presented to a business with up to 20 employees that is able to demonstrate all-round business excellence, financial performance and business strategy.

During the past 18 months, Access North Ltd has not only tripled its turnover and celebrated its biggest financial year to date, but launched Access North Build - a new division operating alongside Access North Structures - specialising in the design, engineering and construction of ETFE, lightweight tensile fabric structures and structural glass roofs and facades).

To meet the demands of the business, Access North Ltd has more than doubled its head count in the last year, leading co-founders and husband and wife team, Daniel and  Berenice Northcott to invest further in the business with a move to larger business premises at Park Valley Mills Business Park in Lockwood, Huddersfield.

The awards will be presented at a glittering black tie ceremony at the John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield on Thursday, November 7th 2019.
